Built here.
For the people here.

Chichester Market brings a butcher shop, grocery market and kitchen together at 127 Dover Road. You can stop for a few essentials, choose something for dinner, ask about a cut of meat, pick up lunch and find a local product you have not tried before—all in one visit.

Owner Jason McKay also owns Healthy Buffalo, the Chichester specialty-meat store. That connection brings an adventurous side to the market, with game and exotic meats alongside the steaks, chops, sausage and everyday foods our neighbors come in for.

We believe a neighborhood store should earn its place in your routine. That means putting care into what we cut and cook, keeping the shelves useful, welcoming questions and listening to the people who shop here.

The barn-inspired building and covered porch are part of the story. The better part is what happens inside: good meals, familiar faces and a market that keeps growing with its community.
